A refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, February 20, 2026. Please send requests to the ASEE Conferences via email at conferences@asee.org
No cancellations can be accepted for refunds after February 20th. Refunds cannot be made for no shows. If you have any questions, please contact ASEE Conferences at conferences@asee.org
Registrants with special needs who participate in our conference will be accommodated to the fullest extent possible. If you need special arrangements, please advise us at the time you register on conferences@asee.org.
